Kids at play

Here are the kids at Janine's yesterday. How would have been able to imagine this picture a few years ago? Certainly not me! Thanks Chrissy for keeping Callum entertained.

Musical pursuits

Not sure if you guys know...but I've been having trombone lessons. It's heaps of fun and I'm getting better. I'm bringing it with me when I visit Janine on Sunday and I might just bring it out! My favourite piece so far is "O Canada". I'm available for wedding, christenings etc...he he he.

Giant boy takes over city!

My baby is...well...no longer a baby. Here is Callum this morning reacting to my taking his photo. I think he might be practicing his reaction to the papparazzi chasing him when he's famous! haha!

His latest developments are commando rolling, eating vegemite sandwiches and saying da da da and mum mum mum loudly, especially in shopping centres, especially when people are talking to me- not to him.

Ah...this is the best!

Are you Lost?

Ok, I admit it. I am hung up on Lost. I remeber ringing Janine up on her birthday early this year and I interrupted her and Stuart watching Lost. If I had only known what I was doing to her I would have hung up inmediatly and called her later. However, my ignorance was such that I said "oh great, I've heard of that series" and kept on talking. Poor Janine.

Well in May this year they started showing Lost on TV in Chile (a year behind cable TV already showing the 2nd season). I watched a couple of episodes but got scared everytime so I never finished an episode! Then I discovered that people were downloading it from the internet and had copies on DVDs. That's how all started. I watched both seasons in record time and now, this weekend, I will have access to the 4 new episodes from the third season (my cousin's friend downloaded them).

And you guys? Are you also hung up on Lost or am I the only one?

Who is your favourite character and why?

Graduation

Well, I finally finished my masters degree on Consumer Behaviour. The graduation ceremony was last week and my parents came over to see me get my diploma (now I am an only child since my sister is away!).

Two prizes were given that day: Best Grade and Best Classmate. Best Grade was a tie between 2 very clever friends and Best Classmate... I GOT IT!!! I was so excited and happy. It was such a special prize. I was very honored! Here some photos of the ocasion.
