My apartment
Here is a photo of my living room and how it looks now after buying some furniture. I am in love with it, aren't you? Of course I need to put some colour on the walls but that will soon come.

Looks very you. Do you have a similar style to your parents? It reminds me of the photos I used to get of you at home.
Oh dear, I am getting so many of those comments!!! I have been trying to find my own style but it doesn't seem to be working!!!
Anyway, I like my parent's style, but I think mine is a bit more modern, isn't it? (please say yes!!!)
Did you buy this place Marivi? And is the guest room set up? What colours are you thinking for the lounge room?
Yes, didn't I tell you? If you check the posts from December 2005 you will see photos from when I just moved in. The third photo is of the guest room, it's small but comfortable, you are most welcome!!!
For the lounge room (=living room?) I want reds, oranges and earthy colours. However greens are also tempting. Any suggestions?
You parents have a nice style so it isn't a bad thing to copy them.
I think a nice earthly red would look great.

Reds and natural colours sound nice, it would compliment your furniture too.
Gorgeous place Marivi. Love the neutrals. Agree with you and Suz that the reds and oranges would be great. Using these colours would look fantatic and also represent your passion for life!!
