It does have a slight Hitler look, but I think it looks more like Terrance and Phillip from South Park!
Jokes aside, great drawing, keep those carefuly stored away, it's great to see them again when you are older. I have been finding my drawings done in the mid 70's!!!! oh dear! almost 30 years ago!!!!
I thought it looked like Terrance and Phillip aswell!!!!
